6:00 am Gym Call
I made it to the gym 2X this week in the mornings. I am so wiped out after work that this has been the best way for me to get a quick workout in. I ride the bike for 20 minutes do ball core strengthening exercise and exercises and stretching from my PT. Then some upper body weights. I only have 50 minutes if I want to sit in the steam room. Tomorrow PT after work things are feeling better. I think we are on to something that is going to help me increase my activity level and decrease the hip pain.
