I don’t know all the specifics about Energy Work. But I know someone in my town that comes highly recommended. I have treated myself with a block of sessions for my 1-year anniversary and I fell much better. He says he is doing a lot of different types of energy work on me and has done many different flows. On Thursday when I went in after a very long and stressful day with my hip and sciatic flared up I left feeling like my hips were aliened for the first time in a long time. I will try to add more info here as I look into it.

Energy Work
